Scrap Bot

Co-lead, Programmer - 2015

Scrap Bot is a game created in 48 hours and was created for Global Game Jam 2015 under the theme "What do we do now?" It is a high-difficulty survival game where the player must discover for themselves where to go and what to do.

As the project lead I was responsible for the management of the team, and as the programmer, I developed all of the gameplay and level mechanics.

Game Synopsis:

When unexpectedly dropped into an unknown cavern, a newly discarded Scrapbot must search for tools and discover how to survive. This abandoned creation must assemble parts to augment himself in order to escape. Constantly moving hazards and quickly escalating threats in this perilous environment make the task a difficult one.
